Plain-English version of how we handle privacy on this website. For protected health information (PHI) and clinic records, see our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices — provided at your first visit and available on request.
This website uses cookies and similar technologies to:
When you first visit, we ask you to Accept or Decline non-essential cookies. Your choice is stored on your device and respected on subsequent visits. Decline does not affect any clinical service, billing, or scheduling. You can change your mind anytime by clearing site data in your browser; the consent banner will return.
The third-party platforms we may load (subject to your consent): Google Analytics 4 / Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, Meta (Facebook) Pixel, TikTok Pixel. Each of those companies has its own privacy policy and data practices.
Anything you share with us as a patient — clinical records, billing information, scheduling details, what you tell us in the room — is protected under the federal Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices is provided at your first visit and on request. That document, not this page, governs how we handle your health information.
This website does not transmit clinical information. Forms submitted through the contact form are routed by email to our office and treated under HIPAA standards once received. We do not pass condition-specific information to third-party advertising platforms.
If you have questions about this policy or about how your information is handled, call 541·753·1287 or contact us through the contact form.
We may update this policy as we add or change tools on the website. The most recent version is always on this page. Material changes will be summarized at the top of this section when they happen.
