• Where to park: on-site parking is available; street parking on NW 23rd is straightforward.
• Paperwork: we're fully paperless — fill out intake from home before your visit, or use a tablet when you arrive.
• Bring: a photo ID, your insurance card (or PIP claim info if it's an auto injury), and any imaging/records that are easy to send.
• Wear: something you can move in. We're a chiropractic and massage clinic, not a runway.
• Time: plan on 45–60 minutes for the first visit.
